HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT?

Total Wireless Depot is a wholesale distributor of cellular accessories.  To set up an account you must provide your tax resale certificate during initial registration.  At this time we only offer our products to retail store locations and not individual purchases.

*   Click on the Account Tab in the upper category menu.

*    Register as a New Account and fill in the required information.

*    You will receive an email confirming a new account has been created. Though the preliminary sign up is complete you at this time do not have access to place an order.

*    Total Wireless Depot will receive a new customer request and we will have to verify that your account is authorized to purchase or accessories. Once confirmed you will receive an email stating your account has been approved. Use the password and the username  you created and you can now log in and have access to pricing and placing orders.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

After you have set up your account you will now have access to place an order and special pricing. Simply choose the item, scroll over the picture and click on the magnifier which will open up the product. Choose the quantity desired then click add to cart.

HOW DO I ORDER A 4FT OR 8FT PLANOGRAM (POG)?

Once logged in go the category menu, choose Planogram. Scroll over the POG you desire and click the magnifier. This will open up all the products that are included in that POG, scroll to bottom of the list and add to cart. These are the required POG's to open your store and the items cannot be substituted or removed. However you can order additional items if you see items not on the POG you need. 12ft. & 16ft POG will be added soon.

HOW CAN I GET TRACKING FOR MY ORDER?

After you have created and purchased your order you will receive an email to the address you established when creating your account, on this email it will state that a note has been created on your order, this updated order confirmation will have the UPS tracking number. You may also log into your account and go to your order history and click on view, this will give you the order you created along with the tracking number.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders will ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground unless specified different

CANCELLED ORDERS

If you cancel an order after it has been processed and shipped you will be responsible for the initial shipping charges to your location and the shipping charges  to return the product. You will also be charged a $50.00 restocking fee.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

At the time of check out after you have completed your order you have the option to pay for your order via Visa, Master Card,  American Express and Discover Card.

When inputting your credit card information PLEASE use the billing address that is connected to the card you will be using. Using an address that is not connected to the card you will be using will cause the payment to decline and the order will not process.
