Return/Warranty Policy

We service DEFECTIVE items only.  If your item is indeed Defective, or Dead on Arrival, we will exchange the item(s) via its' Factory Warranty.

All returns must be accompanied by a Total Wireless Depot RAC (Return Authorization Code) number. To obtain an RAC number, please send an e-mail to:

Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of original purchase
  • Reason for request for RAC
  • Your e-mail address

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RAC number.

Non-Defective Returns:

At this point, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are NOT defective.
